Most popular places to visit in Srinagar are Dal Lake, Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh, Pari Mahal ,Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Botanical Garden etc. Dal lake is the second largest in the state, from boat trips to trekking, from bird watching to water skiing etc. The 15.5 km shoreline of the lake is surrounded by Mughal period gardens, parks, houseboats and hotels. The houseboats and shikaras are its main attractions. Mughal garden or Shalimar Bagh is a connected to the north-east of Dal Lake by a channel. Other famous shoreline gardens in the vicinity are Nishat Bagh, ‘The Garden of Delight’. Bagh is considered as a high place of Mughal horticulture. It is now a public park and is also referred to as the “Crown of Srinagar”. Gulmarg is the one of the most popular destination of Kashmir,also known as ‘Meadow of Flowers’. Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival at Jammu
On arrival at Jammu Airport/ Railway Stn Pick up and proceed to Katra. Check into the hotel. Dinner & night stay at Katra.
Day 02 : Katra-Vaishno Devi-Katra (13 Kms trek one way)
After early breakfast, drop at Banganga for darshan of Vaishno Devi Temple (horse/dandi at guest’s own cost). Full day free for personal activities. Receive the guests from Banganga in the evening & drop them at the hotel. Dinner & night stay at Katra.
Day 03 : Katra-Srinagar (264 Kms)
After early breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed to Srinagar. After arrival at Srinagar, check into the houseboat & free to explore Srinagar till evening. Dinner & night stay in a houseboat at Srinagar.
Day 04 : Srinagar
After breakfast, check out from the houseboat & full day sightseeing of Srinagar covering Mughal Gardens, Shalimar, Nishat & Cheshmashahi, Shikara ride on Dal Lake, etc. till evening. Check into the hotel at Srinagar. Dinner & night stay.
Day 05 : Srinagar-Gulmarg-Srinagar (50 km one way)
After breakfast, full-day sightseeing of Gulmarg-"Meadows of flowers & Highest Golf Course". Enjoy horse ride or cable car ride (optional at guest own cost). Drive back to Srinagar. Dinner & night stay in hotel at Srinagar.
Day 06 : Srinagar-Sonmarg-Srinagar (80 km one way)
After breakfast, full-day sightseeing in Sonmarg. The Sindh meanders along here and abounds with trout and mahseer, ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas Glacier, a major attraction during the summer months. In the evening drive back to Srinagar. Dinner & night stay in hotel at Srinagar.
Day 07 : Srinagar - Pahalgam
After Breakfast drive to Pahalgam from Srinagar and explores the Saffron fields and Apple Orchids and Lidder River. You can go for Pahalgam sightseeing of Baisaran and other attractions by hiring a pony on a direct payment basis. Overnight at Hotel at Pahalgam
Day 08 : Jammu airport / Railway Stn
After early breakfast, check out from the hotel & Proceed to / Jammu airport / Jammu Railway Stn to board flight/ train for onwards Journey...

Terms & Condition
- You should carry an Identity Card (Voter Card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport or any Govt. I. Card),Time of traveling; this is for verification when required.
- In case any of the sightseeing mentioned as above remains closed due to local reason, “ Wildtrek Holidays” representative will arrange for alternative sightseeing spot. All guests are requested to cooperate.
- Service vouchers for the tour will be forwarded in your respective email ids 06 days before the departure or guests can collect the same from our City Office, Kolkata.
- Alternate program will be made disruption of tour on account of natural calamities/ medical sickness while on tour and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
- There would be no refund for the road blocks at Jammu Srinagar Highway due to natural calamity.The alternate accommodation Cost at Jammu, Katra, Patnitop, Kargil or Leh due to the same should be paid by the passenger directly.
- In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
